Prepare A Demo
Objective: What are the commands you would need to use to
backup your media files like music / pictures / movie folders and
backup media files, like .mp3 / .jpg / .mp4 or .mov files, into
their respective folders from a common media folder?
Process:
A) List, line by line, the sequence of commands needed to backup your media files.
B) Provide a brief description of what each section is doing between each section.
C) Example: Copying media files, with a blank line in between, what command is being used.
Use blank lines to between sections for readability in your
documentation. It is OK to list groups of commands or comments
without extra blank lines.

Occasionally, we encounter Windows boot problems that prevent us from getting started on Windows 10/8/7. Of course, one can use Windows recovery tools to fix most of the problems related to the startup but there are some irreparable errors in the recovery environment. This is the time when you want to get data from your computer. However, for many home users, the importance of backing up data is ignored until it is too late. It is clear that they should have saved their data and settings behind computer screens. You will no longer be able to sign in windows when your app is malfunctioning. This can be caused by a virus that continues to shut down a PC, be corrupted, lost or contain windows files. If you have such a problem, come to the right page. We'll show you how to gain access to your computer and back up your data before reinstalling windows.
Of course the hard drive can always be plugged into another computer like a 2nd drive or an external USB. It may allow you to copy data to removable media such as CD, DVD, or other USB drives. If you work from a heavily installed laptop or can't find a computer that can receive a second drive, getting data becomes tricky. You can reinstall Windows, but once you run out of space, this will not happen. There are many backup programs you can use to retrieve your data. If you don't want to use a penny for something you can easily do, then the best bet is using the Prompt command to back up your data if you have to format your partition to re-install windows.
Windows always runs its operating system with the old MSDOS command
line interface. You can always choose to boot from this app during
startup or recovery time. To execute the Prompt command and back up
your data, follow the roaring methods. You will need an removable
drive e.g. pen drive or flash disk or external hard drive to back
up your data.
Use command prompt commands to back up your data to the external storage
Here we will use command prompt lines/commands to identify our files and the backup location and copy those files into the backup location.

hope that clears the doubt. Thank you
