Answer - ‏b. Administer iron tablets with antacids to decrease GI toxicity.

Iron tablets can cause some amount of gastric disturbances, to avoid this nurse can advise the client to take it with a meal or just before a meal but taking the iron tablet with antacids can reduce the absorption of iron in the intestine, which will again increase the iron requirement.

A diabetic patient had a blood glucose level of 130 mg/dL 30 minutes after lunch. Then the nurse should document these findings.

Answer - c. Document the finding.

Its because 130 mg/dL 30 minutes after lunch is a borderline value.

insulin and OHA are not that much effective so, they are given before or with foods(Except basal insulin). So, in this case, The nurse should avoid administering medication or insulin but she should document this for future reference.

To attain remission is the goal of treatment for leukemia patients.

Leukemia is known as blood cancer, The complete cure of this disease is not always possible but by controlling the disease and its symptoms we can give a quality life to the patient.
