The actions by which  value delivery network of the online retailers can be improved and which can provide a competitve advantage over the other retailers can be by automating the warehouse, it would help the company as the warehouse could work efficiently, warehouse automation includes the involvement of robots and machienes which would work in the warehouse, it will reduce the cost of labours and workers and would increase the effectiveness of logistics. The second step which can be adopted by the managersis to invest in better transportation technology, as the logistics management is completely dependent upon the transportation vehicles like trucks, bikes etc and better transportation vehicles would improve the efficiency and would also ensure less mistakes involved in the process. The third step that can be involved is better software with real time location, the logistics management has the drawback as the real time location of goods and services can not be determined and once the software can involve real time location then it would boost accuracy of management and the security and customer satisfaction would also be the added advantage of this action. The fourt action that could be taken in this scenario is to use better and trained workforce and also providing them training, this would help the organization to generate better service and give and competitive advantage over others.
