question 7 .Identify and briefly discuss the arguments by systems theory on how organisations can overcome their learning disabilities using examples where appropriate
The arguments by systems theory is that some claims that system theory can help an organization in overcoming their learning disabilities. To justify and judge we first have to know what does the "systems theory" means and what its characteristics are.
The Systems Theory says that every system in an organization is interrelated and codependent on the other systems in the organization and their surroundings, if one part of any system changes that affect all other in some way and at some degree. For the process of learning in the organization, the growth depends on how well the system is synchronized with the environment. We can have a better understanding of systems theory by taking a look at the characteristic og systems theory, some of them are mentioned below:
When we say that systems theory can help an organisation in improving or overcoming the diabilities of learning, this statement s true. There are many parts and features of this theory that proves it. One of the main reason for saying this is that the process of learning needs continuous and frequent feedback and as we came to know that "self-correcting" charactrestics covers that. Another thing that learning needs is lots of practice which is also covered by the systems theory because when all systems are compactly working in a environment, there will be many orpertunities created naturaly for learning purposes.
