Healthcare is fastest growing sector in almost every country. It is estimated that healthcare sector will grow 20% from 2020 to 2026 with demand of millions of health services providers. Beside direct providers like doctors and nursing staff there will also Medical and healthcare managers, healthcare administrators, healthcare executives, patient service managers,some of the new titles which will have active participants in this sector. Growing demand will increase demand in departments like human resource, compliance, account and information technology.

If we look period behind then we can estimate that there is significant rise in job market for healthcare professional. Greater the demand, greater will be the burden of supply. If the population continue to be increase like today there will also shortage of manpower engaged in healthcare services. So the demand of healthcare services providers will also increase. Population is vital demand driver. There will be rising need of new healthcare structure. Because technology will be more involved in system. With growing technology the demand for information technology engineers will stimulate. If the circumstances like economic stability, international peace, political stability remains undisturbed then it will be good for healthcare employment. But if it disturbed then there may be decrease curve for job market.

But automation and artificial intelligence will play a major role on that times. Robots can take charge of patient care. But the absence of emotional touch or human element make it difficult to replace healthcare manpower in near future. Beside this technology will affect upcoming healthcare services through other prospects like home health aids, personal care and there will also rising demand of occupational therapists, physician assistants, nursing practitioners, speech- language pathologist.

There is not only job prospects for medical expertise in healthcare institutions but they have a wide areas like they can work in pharmaceutical companies, research agencies,medical equipments manufacturing companies and insurance agencies, where they can opt in.
