4. Avoid forceful blowing of nose,
take full dose of antibiotic treatment as per prescription, use humidifier to prevent drying of nesal passage.
As, forceful blowing of nose can cause rupture the fragile blood vessels again and again bleed. The antibiotic treatment will reduce the chance of respiratory infections. Use of humidifier prevent the nesal passage to dry and reduce the chance of recurence of epistaxis.
