Managers are the persons who do the things right. Managers are the ones who are responsible for creating and implementing the vision efficiently and successfully.

• If I would be a manager, I will try my best to support my team's stress level. First of all, I will motivate all my team members.I will assign them work according to their interest and passion. Teams are made up of individuals and who will be having different abilities and outlooks. Some may find the task I have allocated to them as difficult and may need my support and on other hand some find it very easy. I will give full support to all my team members and will also listen to their ideas. I will be communicating with them regularly and provide them skills according to their skills. I will motivate them to be pasionate and finish the projects on given time.
• As I am a manager, I have to take care of all the things whether it is a short deadline of project or requirements of my team members. I will remain serious about deadlines and make them as a priority. In this case, I will work upon the project and explained it to my team members. And during the first meeting of project, I will state the project agenda as it will covers all the highlghts of project. I will spend minimum time on meetings and discussions and then split the project into smaller pieces. Keeping in mind their skills and interests, I will assign the work to my team members and will be communicating with them regularly.
