I have traveled quite a bit and have rented cars around the world from various rental operators. Zipcar has positioned themselves in busy college and suburban markets within proximity of transit systems. I viewed Zipcar'swebsite; thewebsite was easy to navigate and locate cars. However, if you don’t live in a metro location, it might be a little difficult to obtain one of these cars. They are up against traditional rental car giants located across the country with a plethora of options for customers. My primary concern would be the reliability aspect due to the issue posed in the case study and the selection of available cars within my reach.

Even in a fast-paced society that we live in I honestly don’t believe this will be something we see in our area. It is to spread out, and public transportation is not the best as compared to other cities.
