Ans.The Three primary measures alex learned and applied to his plant are dicussed below with the explanation how i would have applied them
1.Productivity-Alex defined productivity in simple terms as its quiet easy to understand the real meaning in layman language.Even i would have done the same as alex did.
And so well.he did he just increased productivity by effective ways of increasing production
2.Goal is money-Alex realised that the goal is not cost-effective purchasing, employing the right team members, the latest technology, producing quality products, capturing market share, customer satisfaction, etc. but rather making more and more money.I would have set goal how to serve your customer best
3.Bottlenecks-Alex not undermined the bottlenecks by stereotyping to be present at one specific place. He applied this and got success
I would have worked on the bottlenecks n prevent them to further ruining my business.
Ans6.Suppose I am an A garde officer,My job will be to implement the programmes setup by the legislature
The bottlenecks I might face are as follows
1.Corruption-I have to end it with the concerned anti corruption authority or would seek attention of my senior officers
2.Lack of coordination-Low coordination between me and other officers will another constrain that will prevent me doing my job
Yes my department can solve these constraints as the goal improvement steps
The following 10 points i would adopt to prevent these bottlenecks to further ruin my work
1.Productivity-I would try to improve productivity of me with the other responsible members
2.The Goal-Will fix my objective to more realistic n flexible
3.Bottleneck sterotyping-In future will not let other bottlenecks ruin by performance as i will be more prepared now deal with every sort of constrain
4.Clear objective-would set objective without any ambiguity
5.Time duration-Set the time limit to complete particular subject
6.Accountability-Increasing accountability of those who are repsonsible
7.Budget-The allocation of budget according tothe project type
8.Effectivness-By increasing efficiency the effectiveness also increase
9.Planning-The goal should be achieved in a planned way futuristic thoughsts
10.Controlling-Proper evaluation of work n regular feedback is key
