It enables to exercise sovereign jurisdiction over a nation even if the nation violates soverign law in another country
3)The objective territorial principle
Under the objective territorial jurisdiction a sovereign is recognised as having the power to adopt a criminal law that applies to crimes that take effect within its borders even if the perpetrator performs the act outside of its borders.
