If we read the problem statement a seems to be wrong.
It is directional.
It is right tail test.
But as mention above I have solve it using non directional hypothesis.
As we fail to reject H0 at 5 % los, we conclude that the length of viewing for Riverbend City online news is not significantly different than the population mean
