1) The major route commerce in UK is rail,highway, air and water ways. UK is one of the richest countries in the world which is also one of city which uses all these route commerces for different purposes such as rail, road networks to connect the cities in between UK , air routes for connecting people top travel with in the UK and also out of the country and between different countries. Sea route is used for trade purposes which gives economy to the country.

2) Transportation always helps in connecting cities and its development where due to this connecting there are formation of urban cities. Due to this transportation people are able to develop there cities which in turn helps for the developemnt of the economy and the country. People are able to connect to other places and also to the places with in their reach.

3) Transportation always plays a imporatant role in political significance as due to this transportation there will be trade agreements between countries which will help for having good relations, mutual protection between people and also economic advantages. Due to this transportation there will be effective administration , communication between people, transfer of messages, movement of military equipment with in the country etc.
