A current organisation is an organisation which is running in the present in the current market forces.

A current organisation has to be flexible according to the changing needs of the market but in some cases where one organisation is too rigid then, it will not perform good in the market.

1. No,it wasn't flexible earlier. Earlier the organisation used to be very rigid due no innovation and technology in the market. Therefore,the firm has to be rigid. But due to change in current needs and because of the Intorduction of technology the organisations have become very flexible in order to earn maximum profits.

2. It wasn't really forced to become flexible in the Covid-19 situation, but it was a need for the organisation to be a flexible firm because of the rapid changes in the market structure and Because of lockdown the firms has changed themselves with the change in the situations in order to earn maximum profits. Therefore,the organisations had to become flexible in this Covid-19 phase.

3. According to me,the organisation will remain flexible in the upcoming days also because of the innovations in the technology and due to introduction of some new innovative terms like Artificial intelligence etc. It has also become necessary for the organisation to become flexible in order to survive in the market and to earn highest amount of profits.

Reliance Company from India is the biggest example which as performed really well in this lockdown period.
