4.They are the economic trend setters.

5.It make political organising easier.

Drawbacks:

1.It discourage individuality.

2.It makes harder to promote & terminate a worker.

3.Unions can drive up costs.

4.loss of flexibility.

5.It requires dues & fees that some workers do not want to pay.

Labor union in third world countries

It is difficult to conclude the status of labor union in third world countries.Yes it is good in some countries the interests & rights of workers are protect in these countries still there are some countries that have following drawbacks such as lack of knowledge,lack of utilty,political influence,lack of conciousness etc.The labor union in third countries are low affilated as comparison to other developed countries.
