Expert Solution

Politician spend money on political campaigns basically in two forms the first one which is the advertisement to ask for the votes of the people that money is white money taken from the account of the party i.e it has all the records of how much is been spent on the promotion activities of the party ,data which tells who has donated how much for the party fund .hence there is tax deduction made by the government from the fund of particular political party which leads to positive impact on the economy

Whereas, on the other hand we have second form which is not legally right. Yes we all are aware of that form political parties spending money to buy the votes of the voters by giving money , alcohol, offering party or any kind of greed this sort of spending has negative impact on the economy as it is illegal and do not have data of the transaction details done in favour of the political party on monetary basis it impact as the government is not able to collect tax neither has any information about it the another impact which it has on economy is there will not be fair election leads to suffer the economic condition of the country .

Conclusion

The spending of political party in political campaigns has positive and negative impact..
