The buying and selling process of goods and services on a large scale is known as commerce.Now a days we see commerce getting divided into several types such as e-commerce and m-commerce and any commerce must be engaged with any of the two.however at a time when internet services are not developed we still had excellent business happening among the countries.now for example take a micro -finance money lending unit 'X' that has branches all over the city but they are not connected online but still operating effectively. They can do it by 1) Appointing agents in every area to supervise the activities.2) Getting a monthly report(by paper) on how the services are being rendered.3) conducting an half-yearly or an annual survey regarding the growth of company.4) appointment of a grievance cell that addresses the problems of the customers in an area.5) maintaining clear-cut records of the loans given and loans recovered.6) Providing incentives to the customers to increase the growth of the company (such as decreasing interest rates).7) enabling the loan recovery agents with facilities like giving fuel to their vehicles,increments in their salaries etc help them work efficiently and also company's growth will be enhanced.8) Taking stern action against those who fail to repay their loans because of which the company will not incur losses.This how a micro -finance company works if it is devoid of m-commerce facilities.
