FIVE-STAR QUALITY RATING SYSTEM:-
?    It is a tool to help consumers select and compare skilled nursing care centers created by the centers for medicaid and meicare services in 2008,The rating system uses information from health care surveys,(both complaint and standard) quality measures.and staffing.
   In july 2016,CMS made changes to the five-star quality rating system to improve the information consumers receive about skilled nursing care centers
