These areas also translate into star ratings. It may sound silly, but all of the health care providers I have worked with chase these stars. What is measured becomes the goal, similar to teaching to a test. In the short run, the stars may be obtained, as many of the measures come from department of health inspections, or visits.

FIVE-STAR QUALITY RATING SYSTEM:-
?    It is a tool to help consumers select and compare skilled nursing care centers created by the centers for medicaid and meicare services in 2008,The rating system uses information from health care surveys,(both complaint and standard) quality measures.and staffing.
