Provided the organisation has done well in their recent past, the buyer organisation has to work less with the acquired one. But if the performance is less than expected, then it is a concern for the organisation and they will have to put extra care for the acquired organisation. Policies should be formulated for the organisation. For the case of the Allied Health Community, the change process broke down when the company lose its strategic decision making capacity with the new organisation acquired. The decision making policy should be of specific signs and there should be no mistakes in the strategies drawn. To avoid breakdowns in the change process, the managers should try to plan according to the situation and should have a positive view regarding the processes to be followed in the organisation.
