uncertainty, organisational structure, culture, operational
planning, communication, control, resource allocation and outcome.

success of the new strategy. The environmental uncertainty
management will shows the scope of the new strategy and also helps
to evaluate the impact of this new measure. Most of the firms gives
preference for some other factors which are more important than

change, ability to merge the progress, clear understanding of
priorities etc.

firms and the managers towards their stakeholders. If there is lack
of communication, it will lead to inefficiency of the rest of the
organisation. The proper willingness of the whole environment to
accept the new change will also leads to the success of the
organisation and the new strategy. The need of a new strategy can
be understand through the structure of the organisation. The proper
structure of an organisation will depict the need of centralised
and decentralised flexibility. The new strategy will affect the
existing structure of the organisations also.
