Ans: (1) Potential issues faced by a business looking to implement job rotation after Brexit in lower-skilled jobs such as Mcdonalds, hotels: Brexit is the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union. Because of this withdrawal business are facing job rotation issues especially in lower-skilled jobs in the following ways:
Ams(2) Job characteristics model that make the job in food retail, cleaning or farming more attractive: the job characteristics are skill variety, task variety, task significance, autonomy, and feedback. Like in food retail an individual should have several skills that make the job attractive for him like empathy, active listening, patience, adaptability, communication skills. Food retailer are responsible for cooking, serving, packing, displaying and storing food.they always take care of the health and safety of themselves, colleagues, customers , etc.
problems in this industries: There are a number of issues in food retail, cleaning, and farming industry like climate change, depletion of biodiversity, water contamination, land degradation, unsustainable farmlands, artificial intelligence and technology, unemployment, emerging new consumerism, the new marketplace, retaining and engaging employees, etc.
