Why have we not seen a US-based terrorist organization established with the goal to see the US end its’ war?

Throughout its history, US had engaged in various wars across the world as part of its imperialism and expansionism. Although people initially supported these ideologies, as the society became more pluralistic and civilized people started to oppose US decision to go to war which was evident right from the Vietnam war. People have started realizing the impact each war brings on them in terms of tax, peace and freedom. Most of US’ dominant actions in the world arena has earned many enemies across the world thus, many terrorist attacks were unleashed on US. People have started to reconsider their support to the government in terms of its decision to go to war. However, they have always undertaken peaceful protests and not violent means which could be attributed to their education, civilized state and the result of the civil rights movements’ success through peaceful protests. They also feel that violence would only beget violence thus, undertaking peaceful protests would only bear fruit.
