Any organization including this company may adopt ethical and value based business policies so as to establish a cultural norms to its internal stakeholders along with maintaining a positive public image. My recommendations are as follows:

1) There should be an internal code of ethics which must be followed by each employees.

2) Top management should establish some of the examples of ethical actions so that people at other level may be inspired.

3) There should be an ethical committee who wish to analyze, inspect and offer suggestions about ethical business operations within organization.

4) Ethics based training and business policies must be implemented in business related agenda.

5) Corporate policies and institutional mechanisms should be based on ethical code of conduct as per cultural and social norms of the business location.

6) Stakeholders related policies should be framed as per universal human values and rights.

7) Employees welfare should be designed in most generous way which should promote ethical standards.

8) There should be regular training and development activities including ethical standards. It will incorporate best practices of the global markets or culture .
