Obesity epidemic gets pandemic nowadays, previously in developed countries and now it is overspreaded to the developing countries. Obesity occurs previously in adults, now it occurs even in adolescents and children and even for the pets making obesity as a pandemic to consider.

Yes it becomes endemic among young adults in developing countries.

From the transition of age group from 18-25 years i.e. from adolescence to adulthood, trend of obesity started increasing.The main cause is of the socio economic shifts, adoption of western culture that is ready to eat food stuffs, financial independence in childhood,highly sweetened beverages, fast food consumption,snacking and regular skipping of breakfast etc.
