1. statement given is true because if the soil is not given proper water and growth factors than it affect the quality of mineral produced and sometimes it also lack that minerals in food or may not affect or provide proper growth and nutrition to the body. and it also depends on how the food is processed i.e in raw food it has high mineral content than cooked food.

2.I think the given statement is false because if the trace elements are taken in higher doses than it adversely affect our body and cause gout and other problems . but their are some trace minerals which are safe to use in large amounts and also it is present in certain vegetables or fruits in large amount.

3.The statement is true . in child their should be proper nutrition given to body for growth in growth phase , or a weightfull person need less requirement of nutrition but he/she require in optimal level.

4. True because early life nutrition sets up immune system function and nutrition alters immune system throughout life.immunity which is impaired by malnutrition is more prone to infections.

5. True , because it depends upon our physical activity , exercises, proper diet and nutrition uptake.

6. Fitness is build by proper and regular exercise , proper diet chart should be prepared , increase your immunity by doing yoga , proper water intake ,regular visit to doctors for routine check-up .daily workout should be done.

Tips for preventing overuse injuries are -

1. warm up before stretching.

2. don't push through pain.

3. increase your workout gradually.

4. run on soft , flat surfaces.

5. alternate hard training days with easy days.

Q7.nutrition can play a key role in determining healthy ageing with the relationship a bidirectional and complex one.if their is decrease in nutrition in body in aged people than it causes sensory impairment, poor health, psychological changes, etc.

The antioxidant supplements like vitamin C,E can help to prevent disease or delay the aging process.
