Expert Solution

In descriptive statistics we define:

Mean: Mean of a data set is equal to the average of all the numbers of that dataset that is sum of all the numbers divided by the number of data.

Median : Median refers to the middle element when a data set is arranged in ascending order.

Mode : The number in the dataset which occurs with maximum frequency that is the for the maximum number of times is called mode of the dataset.

Range : Range is the parameter which is responsible to measure the variablity in the data set .It can be defined as the difference between the largest number and the smallest number of the dataset.

Percentile: Percentile basically refers to the value in descriptive statistics below which the given percentage of data in a dataset lies. For eg when we say 50 percentile that means 50 % data in that dataset are less than that value.

1 Descriptive statistics (mean, median, range, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation) to summarize each of the three variables for the all Domestic cars. Use z-scores to determine if there any outliers in the data set for any of the three variables. If there are any outliers in any category, please list them and state for which category they are an outlier. If a result is an outlier, state whether it is below or above the mean. 2 Descriptive...
