The patient has to be reviewed by the physician after 2 weeks as the clinical manifestations and the control of the HYPERTENSION that the patient is having can be evaluated effectively.
The patient may develop depression in heart rate and this comes into effect within 2 weeks and has to be reviewed.
Option a is wrong as the sign will not come into play and if evaluation take place at that time then the dosage adjustment will not be effective.
Option b is the answer as it is the best the and many Symptoms like edema can develop during this period. This is the best evaluation time for dosage adjustment
Option c is wrong as it will be late to evaluate and the condition might turn worse.
Option d is wrong as it will be very late an dthe patient may have sever clinical manifestations like hypotension if dose is high and even death can occur and if dose is low then uncontrolled blood pressure can lead to damage to organs
