i need a thesis statement for gender inequality that is arguable, and has three supporting arguments

it can be about wage gap, women sexual harrasment, patriachy

this was mine but i wasnt sure if its arguable and is good

Discriminatory challenges for women start in childhood as young girls may believe that they are only suitable for certain professionals or in some cases, only for women and mothers. These consistent messages might lead to a false belief that women are not part of the corporate environment. Gender lines were drawn early, and women's exclusion persisted during adulthood. In this paper I will argue that women are discriminated in society. I will illustrate this by explaining women's sexual abuse on a daily basis, the hierarchical roles in which they engage in and the wage gaps, and women's experience in authority are seen as less important.

Gender inequality is one of the most common problem which women face. One side we talk about women empowerment and on other side we do discrimination with them on the basis of gender. It's all about societal mentality which is not broad and sensible.

1) Wage gap :- Today also we can see the remuneration(wage) given to the women is less in comparison to the remuneration given to the men for same work. Those women's who are in companies

2) Patriachy :- If we talk about family management, women still are considered as a person who is perfect for only doing household work and men are considered eligible for earning money outside home. The ultimate decision taking power in the hands of males.

3) Sexual harassment :-

The other things our society talks about providing respect to women and we are actually failed in doing so. As daily we can see the cases of sexual harassment and rape with women. It is because criminals don't have fear of law, they know they will get bail. Society take these things causally. It is necessary to take steps against those who do disrespect of women.
