vital signs, temperature is is slightly elevated and patient is tachycardia with 114, and respiratory rate is normal - 16 and blood pressure is low patient is hypotensive BP is 100/62 and saturation is slightly low which is 90%
patient is also complaints of Shortness of breathing with wheezing, anxious with teary eyes and complaining of moderate pain in left lower quadrant of abdomen which 6/10 on pain rating scale
according to all these data we have to conduct Head to toe physical examination and complete history
patient is hypotensive with tachycardia and left lower quadrant pain which is suggesting that internal bleeding or hemorrhage can occur but same time patient also have anxious and teary eyes which is also suggesting that patients have allergic reactions to albuterol
in this question patient also telling us that she is sexually active and have sex without condom these finding ( LLQ pain and Elevated temperature) also suggest that patient can be suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease or STI
