Collaborative projects are done through a combination of individuals, teams etc in various levels. It has both advantages and disadvantages through its course. They are

Advantages.

1. Collaborative projects will be found a combination of knowledge and skill in one place.

2. It encourages team spirit and critical thinking.

3. Ideas and creativity is pooled together where it will reflect the best.

4. Individual uniqueness will be contributed and production will be maximum when everybody works in coordination .

5. Various skills of using technology will be exhibited .

6. Every team member will learn something new.

Disadvantages

1. Working speed of individuals might differ and the pace of the project will also vary.

2. In a group there is always a feeling that some might be partially treated because of various reasons.

3. Individuals who feel a little bit inferior will be left out. Not all are outspoken.

4. Some might misuse the position or power given to them.

5. Ego clashes will definitely be a part of such collaboration. A lot of time will be wasted in just arguments.
