Think about your place of work, your household or your school. Then, come up with 2 examples of efficiency (i.e, what you/they do well) and explain why you consider it efficient, AND 2 examples of inefficiency (i.e, what you/they do NOT do as well as you are capable of) and explain why it is inefficient. For the inefficiency, explain how you would solve each of those problems (correct the inefficiencies). When you reply to others, offer suggestions, input and advice - maybe you experienced something similar.
Organisations like Amazon indulge in efficiency planning as during the Big festival sales, Amazon is known to conduct sales forecast and demand forecast and customer footfalls over its website on single day using Artificial intelligence which helps them establish networking protocols and server loads and also optimise capacity utilisation and inventory to match supply and demand.
However there are inefficiencies observed in human resources management function, as there is lack of Collaborative Leadership and effectiveness in team building which creates conflict and rift amd delays in goal achievement. To solve such inefficiency we propose Tuckman model of team planning and Strong Leadership traits.
As new manager one must implement Tuckman Model in leading teams using following ways:
Forming where groups are formed and aggregated based on
experience and expertise
Storming where resistance to change and conflicts are minimised and
teams are normalised amd aligned to goals
Norming where individuals and groups efforts are recognised and
awarded commensurately
PerForming where groups decisions making is encouraged with minimal
intervention
Adjourning is dissemination where evaluation and feedback and
acknowledgement is given and teams are disintegrated after tasks
gets accomplished.
