Diversity is a word, when comes to a mine reminds of the various and different categories. Diversity in the workplace can be referred to as the varieties and the differences among the employees working on the same workplace such as cultural differences, religious differences, sex differences age difference color difference comma, and region difference. These differences make the workplace is diverse and full of varieties.
There are various benefits of diversity in the workplace such as:- there is a variety of prospectus from various types of people including their different opinions and suggestions full stop the creativity level increases a lot when there are people of diverse backgrounds and diverse mentality. The reputation of the brand also increases when it comes to a diverse workplace as there is a lot of different opinions and perspectives along with various levels of creativity.
there are several ways to manage the diversity in the workplace such as interacting with the various types of employees frequently and properly, providing them diverse training, including them in decision making. All these activities will ultimately lead to better management of workplace diversity.
