The issue of unionization can be a highly contentious one depending on where you stand in the labor market. In today's world are unions really necessary? Do they actually benefit employees or do unions just collect dues? Or do you think without them, corporations would not treat their employees fairly on their own?

Labour Unions workers organization which act as representative of the labour class to protect their interests by negotiating with employers in regard to wages, working conditions etc. labour unions have been useful to labour class to protect there interest. In todays era they have lost there importance due to the political instability in unions. Now there sole aim is not only to protect the workers but to promote personal interests. the union leader are found falling into cases of corruptions etc.but still world require these unions. Unions are important because they help set the standards for education, skill levels, wages, working conditions, and quality of life for workers. Union-negotiated wages and benefits are generally superior to what non-union workers receive

it is beneficial to employees as it is a source of protection for workers-  higher job security,  Union representation to advocate for them in the workplace,Unions also work to secure fair benefits and pay for their workers. it ensure a proper treatment and work environment is available to employees.

since trade unions are voice for the workers and bargaining collectively has good impact as compared to individual basis. With there existence the employers have a pressure to ensure that the workers are treated fairly in terms of wages, working conditions benefits etc or if any thing lacks they have to face severe consequencies in form of strikes, and boycott leading to heavy business loss. But in todays era many laws have been passed to protect workers interest like minimum wages act, banning child labour, equal pay for equal work etc which ensure that employers even in absence of unions couldnt mistreat there employees or else they have to face legal consequencies.

Therefore unions as organisation have there own relevance Today and in the future, labor unions will continue to play an important role our country's work force and the quality of life for working families.
