Before starting a program, organising party must analyse the different specifications like: What is the project, cost constraints, time constraints, weather analysis, climbing risk analysis, guide allotment, must carry essentials, take permission from the higher authority etc. All these constraints must be kept in mind and a proper analysis must be done through the different strategic and marketing planning.
