a) INAPPROPRIATE GOALS: Normally the inappropriate goals hinders the growth of the economy. The mis-aligned goals doesn't allow the company to achieve it's mission and also vision statement.

b) IMPROPER REWARD SYSTEM: This results in skewness of reward to its employees are rewarded as high while the others aren't rewarded as per the work efficiency achieved. This results in the eployee dissatisfaction and also high attrition rate.

c) DYNAMIC AND COMPLEX ENVIRONMENT: This sort of environment creates a confusion in the employees and they will keep on thinking about their future job position in the organization and also they are unable to concentrate on the job in hand.

d) RESISTANCE TO CHANGE AND CONSTRAINTS: It hinders the growth of the economy. As per today's world change is the only constant and also all of the companies must change for a better and allign towards the customer needs. or else thecompany would vanish in a certain period of time.
