Quality clinical supervision is founded on a positive supervisor–employee relationship that promotes client welfare and the professional development of the employee. you provide support, encouragement, and education to staff through professional standard.The suggested two professional standards are given following.

  • Transparency: This is one of the greatest standard in which the members are being honest and open with each other. This creates a great comfort and trust with each other in the work place.Getting in the habit of offering regular communication about your organization, upcoming changes, etc. shows employees that you value them enough to keep them in the know. You can hold monthly or weekly meetings, send regular email updates or use employee newsletters, internal social media or your intranet to communicate.
  • Autonomy: It is the capacity of a supervisor to act in accordance with objective morality rather than under the influence of desires. In this the supervisor will give a good training as well as a good freedom to their employees. This will creates a positive attitude towards supervisors and oraganization.Having a sense of autonomy creates ownership and pride in one’s work, and allows for the flow of work to be less interrupted than if employees need to continually check back in with their managers to make decisions. Create an environment in which both the employee and employer can share their ideas without any restrictions.Sharing and accepting one's idea will boost the outcome and quality of an organization.This will help all employee to work hard for the progress without any laziness and fear.
