to act in accordance with objective morality rather than under the
influence of desires. In this the supervisor will give a good
training as well as a good freedom to their employees. This will
creates a positive attitude towards supervisors and
oraganization.Having a sense of autonomy creates ownership and
pride in one’s work, and allows for the flow of work to be less
interrupted than if employees need to continually check back in
with their managers to make decisions. Create an environment in
which both the employee and employer can share their ideas without
