    1. What would be the signs of possible drug interaction you would look for from the individual?
    2. What kind of counsel would you provide to individuals and families about the dangers of such behavior?

Drug interaction occur when two or more drug interact with each other, this may result in dangerous side effect. When patient is taking any drug and abuse an other drug it may result in agonist effects or antanist effects both may be lepatient may exhibit the sign on the basis of type of drug interaction or the drug which he is abusing can be a cns stimulant or depressant.

Some physical signs include-

Deterioration of appearance and neglected grooming

Unusual smell on breath clothing.

Lack of coordination concentration .

Slurred speech, weight loss.

Other include behaviour problem such as agitated behaviour aggressiveness, mood swing , irritability.

Patient can abuse stimulants, deprassents, hallucinogens.

Counselling should be :

1 Motivational interviewing

2 Contigency management

3 Family therapy

4 Cognitive therapy

5 Behaviour therapy.

Patient and should given the counselling that this beviour can cause fatal reaction.
