The first and foremost thing one should keep in mind is the circumstances where such a statement arise.

If it arises in a social media website or any other websites where you have shared your personal information it raises an alarm to remove the personal details from all areas possible.

In hospital settings, Hospital Information Services Department will have the data base of inormation of each patient attended including personal details, medicines prescribes, treatment plan and the financial dealings and strategies of the hospital adminintration etc.Such a message is a red flag. Informing the Hospital Information Services Department and Information Technology Department(IT department) is the prime most thing that should be done.Since the information saved can't be deleted or loss is beyond imaginable since its required for future reference, strategies to increase or implement a strong privacy policy must be taken.

If the system has partner hospital details saved,it should be saved seperately instead of putting everthing under one roof.

Numerous privacy advocacy organizations like Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), Privacy International (PI), and the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) can be contacted and further steps to improve the security configurations can be taken.
