Leadership is about mking others to feel better in the presence of leaderand having a longlasting impact even in his/her presence.

A good leader works for the welfare of his subordinates, he/she motivates the croud/staff in an oraganization.

He /she keeps the need of the staff on the priority and his or her at last.

He respect the social,cultural and racial belives of his subordinates.
