simon sinek says lot of idea about the today's business world.he gave a speech in TED talk.he gave a awesome quotes that is "If You Hire people they can do a job they will work for your money".

"But if you hire people who believe what believe they will work for you with blood ,sweat and tears".

this quotes gives how to do our work properly and how to behave to all of the people and it is totally based on the integrity behaviour.the golden circle shows how to inspire the people and he gave the example of the apple company how they grow and how they put alot of efforts in a proper manner.

WHY : When most of the organisation they will think why we will do ? the reason they are thinking about for their own purpose and own satisfication.the own person ask the question why i want to do this work? this means he is asking about himself and finally it will take a proper decision
