Mr. Jones is a 70-year-old man. He has a decreased appetite and often only consumes one meal per day. He does not like to eat fruits and vegetables and considers meat and potatoes his favorite meal. During your assessment of Mr. Jones you complete a food frequency questionnaire. The results from the questionnaire indicate the following:
Mr. Jones consumes 2-3 servings of fruit per month.
Mr. Jones consumes 3-4 servings of vegetables per month.
Mr. Jones consumes up to 24 ounces of water per day.
Mr. Jones consumes animal protein at each meal.

Mr Jones is lacking vitamin c which is water soluble vitamin can be found in citrus fruits like oranges, lemon,etc. Water soluble vitamin are vitamin c and b which can't be stored in our body.
Night blindness is more susceptible for Mr Jones to develop although we can find in non veg food also but it's very less amount compare to the green leafy vegetables
Mr Jones may lack potassium as it is rich in vegeterian diet.
Potassium deficiency cause the electrolyte I'm balance which leads to altered sensorium ,drawsy.
Vitamin C,vitamin K and vitamin A are three nutrition recommended.
No Mr Jones is consuming less amount of water. People should drink water 2l to 3l per day. Lack of water in body results in dehydration,constipation ,gastritis ,ulcer ,kidney stones.
Mr Jones can take vitamin A riched food like green leafy vegetables, spinache pumpkin, he should add vitamin C riched food like fruits,lemon also vitamin Briched food, potassium and should drink atleast 2 to 3 litre of water per day
