It is an order of the court regarding search warrant  and authorised to the law officials or enforcement officer to conduct a search of the person, location,vehicle, in order to obtain any evidence which are to be collected relate to the crime .In most of the countries search warrant is not issued due to help in the civil process.

This warrant is normally issued in order to collect proper evidence regarding the crime and that evidence is shown as a proof in the court of law . Nowadays due to digital  of the transaction search warrant and collecting evidence is a challenging task for the team who appointed to collect evidence.

-Company should be reinforce to cooperate with the investigator with the general policy.

-A team leader should be appointed who are fully responsible for performing his task regarding the assignment given to collect evidence and also record all the event it should be design in a professional approach.

-There must be need for checking and coping credentials of all the government agent which are in the way of search to collect evidence.

-It should be clearly indicate that each employee or worker should response in a positive way to the search team during the conduct of process.

-Review all the document which are related to the search and instruction given to employees to suspend routine work during the process.

-It is also the duty of all the official,employees,worker to give positive and faithful behaviour towards the search team and it is understood that they all help to the team in regard to technology matters for the smooth functioning of the search work as per the order of the court.
