International law is the rules which determine the legal rules regulates between the nations staes and international body througb mutual dealings.
PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW
1. It deals with the relationship of states and each other. It is same for all the state of the country.
2.The rules are the result of international treaties, agreememts, decision and other sources.
PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW
1. It deals with the individual of one or two or more counties.
2. The rules are the result of state laws. That means it is being imposed by state legislation.
# Public deals with constitutional law, administration law, criminal law etc.
# Public International law went to international matters affecting the state matters.
#Public International law claims to regulate matter between soveriegn states.
#The rules of public do effect the rule of private law.
-Private lw deals with the contract , will, property, marriage etc.
#The consequences faced are
1. Supplier risk.
2.international transfer
3. personal data request
4.data protection .
5.privacy for design
I think Private International law ia more impactful in semae of business because the issue of the right to privacy for data had been quite a threatful policy. The security of data is an important concern.
However we cannot deny the fact that the public policy do effect the private policy. Private law seeks to protect private interests.
