How can voluntary policies, local ordinances, state law and federal law (all considered system factors) affect health outcomes in target populations? Describe and support your response.
The Boston Reach coalition is to promote health quality and
avoid racial and health inequities in Boston.
? REACH: Racial and ethnic approaches to community
health..This coalition has earned an outstanding performance in the
public and local health community and it's work improving awareness
that affect the black community in Boston..This video shows that
this communities provided (Access good health, Housing facilities,
Recreation and transportation facilities, Green surrounding for
children, Hospital for women health..)
? Boston having partnership with community members,policy
makers,faith-based leaders and academic institutions, by funding as
a center of excellence in the Elimination of disparities,its work
towards cardiovascular disease and people's health problems for
each men,woman and young groups..
? Data revealed that amoung the four racial/ethnic minority people
American indian communities had the highest rate in
obesity,smoking,cardiac dieases,hypertension,cholestrol and
diabetes..so mortality rate increased due to this risk
factors..
? For prevention health care communities providing more attention
like mammography screening for early finding of breast cancer and
vaccination for everyone..2010 REACH data shows much different
amoung black and american indians,the persons with all this
diseases and its teas and their food examination equally
distributed in national level..
? Nationwide additional affort for eliminating health disparities
for minor and other population..To continuing this disparities had
burden with illness among black,hispanic and american
indian..
? Limited large-scale population based surveys and
surveillence systems are designed the population in racial and
ethnic approach to community health in 2010..in this there are
(black,hispanic,asian islanders and american indians..
? Labor,health and human services Dr.Randy Paush's
towards Pancreatic cancer network and risk and diagnosis and fight
to decrease the rate of this cancer how services has to
function,,He said pancreatic cancer is a terrible disease.
Chemotherepy and radiationtherepy is not only the treatment for
this cancer..Prevention measures are important to cut down this
cancer..People will die fast in this disease than any other
cancer.75% chances people will die and 4% they can live..it is a
4th leading cancer..Last 30years no progress for this
disease..
? Researchers must find the advance solution fot
this..and by strong funding those who are not afford for this
treatment will help this reduce the death rate and survival rate
will increase..so funds must come forward to change this disease
progress..
? U.S law ,the federal government most of part,states
and localitites can enact laws and policies that impact the
immigrant resistant creating conflict with federal law..It does not
disagree with federal law requires inquiries,,such policies as part
of their police power...
