1.Lack of Beneficience

Healthcare providers are obliged to produce benefits for individual client and patients.

Here in this case because of the Failure to perform a thorough breast examination in early stage health care professionals failed to prevent the furtherance of disease

2.Lack of Non Maleficience

Health care professionals should act in a way that he or she should not harm the patient.

In this case patients repeated complaint of having breast lump was not given heed hence resulted in further physical , mental and emotional trauma.

3.Lack of respect for autonomy of the client.

Here in this case the client wanted medical attention and but the health care professionals didn't value her request.

4.Lack of efficiency.

A health care professional is required to utilize reasonable and ordinary care and diligence in the exercise and application of his skill and knowledge to accomplish the purpose for which he was employed.

Here health care professionals failed in the prompt utilization of their resources ,skills and knowledge.

5.Lack of integrity.  

Integrity include exercising good judgement in professional practice and adherence to ethical principles.

Here care givers lost their integrity.  

6.Lack of fidelity

Includes loyalty to client, loyalty to employer and loyalty to profession

Here the health care professionals failed to provide the service which was promised to the client. They failed to adhere to the institutions policies and professionals ethics

6.Lack of reliability or dependability.

A health care professional should act as an advocate for the client and cients should feel free to depend and relay on care givers

Here repaeated attempt of client to seek medical attention was failed and she lost her reliability and faith on the health system.
