Answer1. The consequences of violating the Academic Integrity code are many depending upon the intensity. It includes reduction of grades or marks, or censure step where the violation step is written in the student's education record, or as a lesson the student is made to complete any voluntary community service or any instructional exercise. Further, it goes down to suspension, where the student is not allowed to attend the institution for the whole session and finally exemption is done in which the student is terminates permanently and can't join any other institute in whole life.

Answer 2. Professional integrity is an important thing because it let the people to stand up for their values and speak against any unethical issues. People can spread this culture of professional integrity by firstly being honest in words and works. Secondly, make promises and keep them. Stay focused while working and keeping yourself and your environment well organized. Such things will spread the clean culture of professional integrity.

Answer 3. In case of ethical decision making, the 2 weaknesses judged are not having clarity of goals or not able to develop new options. In both the weaknesses, the person is not able to make decisions. That person needs to be clear on what is the goal to reach by deciding and to find out that whether there any other options to do so?...

In case of academic/professional integrity, the weaknesses are mainly corruption and peer pressure. Corruption is a big hole in integrity because it leads to the downfall of every aspect by fulfilling one's own needs. Peer pressure is another thing that can affect the performance of integrity. People tend to lose integrity if they can't handle the pressure.
