4. List and describe the key elements of an e effective group?
If there is word limit for this question then Please let me know I will make changes accordingly. Thanks
Solution 3:
Resource levelling is a technique in which start and finish
dates are adjusted based on resource constraints to balance the
demand for resources with the available supply. This is a technique
in project management that overlooks resource allocation and helps
in solving possible conflict arising from over-allocation of the
resources. When project managers undertake a project, they need to
plan their resources accordingly so that will benefit the
organization without facing any conflicts and not being able to
deliver on time. Resource levelling is considered one of the
critical elements of resource management in the organization.
If resources are not appropriately allocated then organization
starts to face problems, i.e., some resource may be over-allocated
while others will be under-allocated and that results in financial
risk to the organization.

Solution4:
E groups is a great way to help manage group projects by facilitating communication, scheduling, and just archiving of files used during the project. It is easily accessible through the internet and best all. "Groups" create a smaller network within a larger network, and the users of the social network services can create, join, leave and report groups accordingly. "Groups" are maintained by "owners, moderators, or managers", who can edit posts to "discussion threads" and "regulate member behaviour" within the group.
Key elements of an effective E- group are as follows:
Flexible: E- groups are accessible 24/7, anywhere as long as there is an internet connection.
Levelling: E- groups encourage usually shy people to speak up and say as much they want, while those who are usually outgoing cannot interrupt. This will lead to get new ideas and which is very helpful for any organization.
Documented: Unlike verbal communication, online discussions can be revisited and can be stored for a long time.
Relevance: E- groups provide members with a chance to share real-life experiences or give up to date information on anything that is happening around them that can be helpful to the organization in decision making.
Community: E- groups that bond over similar interests can form a group. For instance: can become a supportive, stimulating community and network.
Limitless: As there are no boundaries as to where the discussions can go.
