Introduction about Information Technology and it importance in Healthcare: Information technology is considered to be most emerged rapidly growing industry in the world ecosystem.Infotmation technology permeates every human activity, radically changed the way medicine is practiced and now Information technology not confined to developed countries like USA and also growing in developing countries like India. Information technology are related factors to carry out the Core-IT and allied activities, its roles and responsibilities vary depends on the size,structure,nature of Hospital and its technology adaptation.

5.Training role : Train the staff about new and potential use of the system and train the new users and provide training on various business applications and software applications.

7. Vendor Management Plan : approve and handle IT vendors used by organisations, support agreements, review meetings,

- obtain competitive prices from supplies to ensure cost effectiveness,

8.Back up and security Manager Role : Scheduling upgrades and security backup of hardware and software systems,
