In this movie the character Fiona has started developing Alzhimer's disease because of which she needs 24/7 medical care and thus is taken to a medical facility along with her husband as the caretaker.

The story as a nurse enriches your experience letting you know how the work of nurse can be diverse and go beyond the normal patient-nurse protocol. Sometimes in the turn of events such as this where the wife starts falling in love with another man in the facility and the husband is heartbroken, a nurses duty would then include making the husband aware of the course of the disease and why is she doing what she is.
