A) Strategic Workforce planning estimates the present or future requirements of resources in the organisation. It makes sure that your firm has the sufficient required numbers of resources to achieve their target and goals.

The main objective of the Strategic workforce planning is that the organisation to know if they have currently have enough workforce or to want workforce to carry on their organisation activities. It helps in selecting the right person for the right job at the right place at the right time in an It helps the human resources management department to reorganise, form and deploy the workforce according to the need of the organisation. Strategic Workforce planning is also helpful for the organisation to look for the new talent for their firm with new and advanced technology knowledge.
