We can prioritize responsibility from relationship in practicing ethics by building an organizational culture where each and every member must have his priority towards his job responsibility rather than the relationship he has between the team members in practicing ethics. A team always performs well when all the members of the team are given responsibility and they are also held accountable if the given the responsibility is not executed in a proper way. The relationship between team member also plays an important role in achieving the organizational goals but the preference must always be given to the individual responsibility in practicing ethics. An example of the given explanation could be suppose that there is an important project which has to be completed within the deadline, now the project manager of the team has given each and every member at clear card responsible completing his task before the deadline of the project gets over, now under such an condition if the team members do not perform their respective works which was given to them and start building relationships in the team with one another so it will create an mess and the work will never be completed. Although it is ethical to build relationship in the team but the preference must be always be given to individual responsibility because if it is not given preference the project will never be completed on time and the team will suffer loss.
